1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the VoriTrans website, software and related services. “We” refers to the operator of VoriTrans. Review these terms before using the service and expressly accept them where an acceptance step is presented. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. Mandatory consumer rights and individually agreed purchase terms take priority over conflicting provisions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement or the required authorization from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate account and order details, protect credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but not automatically liable for security failures outside your control.
3. Permission to use and intellectual property
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for lawful purposes within your plan. Software, branding and website materials remain protected by their respective rights holders. Open-source components remain governed by their licenses. Do not redistribute, resell, bypass license checks or reverse engineer except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable license.
4. Your content and lawful use
You retain your existing rights in submitted content. You permit only the processing necessary to perform the requested service; this does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted training license. You must have the rights or permission needed to capture, translate and use content. Translation does not grant copyright, distribution or access rights. Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy, evade access controls, upload malicious content, overload the service, automate abuse or use it unlawfully.
5. AI and translation limitations
Recognition and AI translation may omit, alter or invent meaning and may contain biased, offensive or inaccurate output. Results depend on source quality, language, context, selected models and device capabilities. Independently verify important results. The service is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and is not designed as a safety-critical decision system. These limitations do not remove obligations concerning promised functionality or applicable statutory guarantees.
6. Purchases, credits and renewals
The price, currency, applicable taxes, duration, credit allowance and expiry shown at checkout govern the purchase. Paid cloud features may require both active membership and sufficient credits. Credits are service entitlements, not money or an investment, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where law or the refund policy requires it. Automatic renewal applies only if clearly disclosed and agreed at checkout, with the required cancellation mechanism. A lifetime plan concerns the core benefits sold with that plan; it does not promise unlimited cloud usage or all future products, and cannot be used to arbitrarily cancel benefits already purchased.
7. Availability and third parties
Compatibility, network conditions, operating-system changes and third-party model availability may affect operation. We may perform maintenance or make reasonable security and feature changes. Material reductions to paid entitlements must be handled with any required notice, remedy or refund. External links and providers are not guarantees or endorsements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or identical output across models.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address fraud, serious violations, security threats or legal requirements. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to seek review. Action should be proportionate. Termination does not automatically cancel statutory refund rights or justify confiscating unrelated paid benefits. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to lawful record-retention requirements.
9. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To that extent, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits and loss arising from unverified translation output. Where legally permitted, aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer remedies, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Claims arising from misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable, proven losses directly caused by your unlawful use or culpable breach of these terms, including third-party claims concerning content you had no right to submit. This does not impose liability for our own fault, require payment of unproven costs or override consumer protections.
11. Disputes, applicable law and changes
Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive collective remedies or take away any mandatory right to bring a claim in a competent court in your place of residence. Applicable law is determined under the relevant conflict-of-laws rules; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice and any legally required agreement. A new version cannot retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
